Court rejects CHP's convention request for the second time
The objection filed by the CHP Headquarters against the injunction decision issued by the Ankara Regional Court of Justice regarding the party convention has been rejected by the court once again.
The 36th Civil Chamber of the Ankara Regional Court of Justice has evaluated the objection filed against the injunction decision it issued regarding the Republican People's Party (CHP) convention. The court gave a negative response to the application made by the CHP Headquarters to lift the injunction.
Thus, the injunction decision regarding the party's congress process will remain in effect. The result of the objection has impacted the CHP's convention calendar. How the CHP administration will proceed following this decision remains a subject of curiosity.
The process is being closely monitored following the decision of the Ankara Regional Court of Justice. Accordingly, it is stated that the continuation of the injunction could suspend the party's general assembly activities for a period of time.
While developments are expected to become clearer in the coming days, the party is experiencing active days.
