While detention evaluations are being conducted for a total of 107 detained defendants, including Ekrem İmamoğlu, the interim decision to be delivered by the court panel is awaited on the 15th day of the hearing.

EXPECTATION OF A DECISION ON THE 15TH DAY

In the proceedings that have been ongoing since Tuesday, the release requests of the defense attorneys have formed the main agenda of the hearings. The 14th day of the trial concluded with the defense arguments of the lawyers for Anatolian Side Police Chief Nazan Başelli. It was stated that the case file has reached the 73rd position, and the trial will continue from where it left off on the 15th day.

On the new day, the court panel is expected to announce its interim decision after the lawyers for 34 detained defendants, including Ekrem İmamoğlu, present their release requests.
