Date set: Election to be held for CHP group deputy chairmanship
Following the election of Burcu Köksal as Mayor of Afyonkarahisar in the March 31 Local Elections, the CHP will hold an election for its parliamentary group deputy chairmanship on April 18.
The Republican People's Party (CHP) parliamentary group will convene on Thursday, April 18, to fill the group deputy chairmanship vacancy left by CHP Group Deputy Chair Burcu Köksal, who was elected Mayor of Afyonkarahisar in the March 31 Local Administration General Elections.
During the meeting, in addition to the group deputy chairmanship, elections will also be held for the Group Disciplinary Board memberships vacated by CHP Çorum Deputy Mehmet Tahtasız and CHP Kars Deputy İnan Akgün Alp, who were previously elected to the Group Executive Board.
