"Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is an important politician who has left his mark on the last 30 years of Turkey.

Our ideas are largely in opposition.

Let me go further; I am a tradesman who hosted him in my restaurant during his first term as mayor, in his first months, when I was 23-24 years old... He ate meatballs in my restaurant, and I did not take his money. He will never be able to repay that debt for the rest of his life."
