Erdoğan speaks at group meeting: 'We stand with Palestine'

President and AK Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made important statements regarding the agenda at his party's Parliamentary Group Meeting.

My dear nation, my esteemed fellow deputies, ladies and gentlemen, I greet you with my most heartfelt feelings. In your presence, I respectfully greet my fellow comrades who work day and night for the Century of Turkey.

I once again respectfully salute the brave children of Palestine who hold onto their lands despite all the barbarism and genocide they are subjected to, and I reiterate that we are always with them with our prayers and support.

I thank each of my brothers and sisters from the bottom of my heart for this affection that words struggle to describe. May God make our solidarity and our companionship on this path permanent. May the Lord not lead us astray from the path of serving the Ummah, the nation, and humanity.

Today, we are commemorating the 110th anniversary of the Siege of Kut, one of the sources of pride in our history.

500 THOUSAND SOCIAL HOUSING PROJECT

We shared the social housing project of the century with the public. Our people showed a truly intense interest in our project. So much so that approximately 8 million of our citizens applied for 500 thousand housing units. We immediately rolled up our sleeves to be worthy of this trust from our citizens. As of December 29, we started our lottery processes. In a record time of 4 months, we determined our 500 thousand beneficiaries in the presence of a notary in all 81 of our provinces.

First, we will build the 500 thousand housing units, and then we will add new ones to our works. We are in love with this country, with this nation.
