Erdoğan's message sparks debate: 'They cannot be part of this movement'

President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made significant remarks at the closing program of the Century of Turkey Meetings. Emphasizing loyalty within the party, Erdoğan stated, "Those who seek authorities other than the nation's path have not found a chance to exist within this party and this movement."

"THOSE WHO HESITATE REGARDING THE NATION'S GUIDANCE CANNOT ADAPT"

In his speech, Erdoğan further added, "Those who harbor the slightest hesitation in their hearts, souls, and minds regarding the nation's guidance have not been able to keep pace with this movement," reiterating his commitment to the party and determination toward national goals.

Erdoğan noted the following:

Everything we have done to date, we have done for our nation. We have not allowed the Jacobins who say 'for the people, despite the people,' or the self-proclaimed ambitious ones, to come near us.

Those who seek authorities other than the nation's path have not found a chance to exist within this party and this movement.

Those who harbor the slightest hesitation in their hearts, souls, and minds regarding the nation's guidance have not been able to keep pace with this movement.

At the very beginning of the junctions that must be turned lies the task of saving our country from the half-century-old scourge of terrorism. Have we saved our country from the scourge of terrorism?

Will we continue to save our country from the swamp of terrorism, which has cost us tens of thousands of martyrs and has cost our economy 2 trillion dollars? At this point, we are patient, we are sincere, and we are walking toward our destination with a cool head.

We are, of course, aware that as we approach our goal, the circles that do not want our country to solve this issue will increase their operations to derail the process; with God's permission, we will not fall into any of these traps.

Regardless of the excuse or justification, we will not pay attention to those who want to sow discord among us. To ensure that a climate where peace, brotherhood, tranquility, and prosperity prevail dominates our entire region...

We will bequeath a Terror-Free Turkey first, and then a Terror-Free region, as our most lasting legacy to the children of this country.
