CRITICISM OF YAVAŞ RISES ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Numerous posts have been made, particularly on social media accounts close to the CHP and among the party base, questioning why Mansur Yavaş has not been more visible during the ongoing process.

Yavaş's failure to visit the CHP Headquarters, his lack of an active role in the ongoing tension, and his limited public statements have brought about further debate.

NOTABLE STATEMENT FROM CAN ÖZÇELİK

One of the most notable assessments on the subject came from journalist Can Özçelik.

Speaking on a program broadcast on TGRT, Özçelik stated that he had spoken with sources close to Mansur Yavaş and that all steps taken during the process were carried out with the knowledge of Özgür Özel.

“HE DID NOT CONTACT KILIÇDAROĞLU”

In his statement, Can Özçelik indicated that it was reported that Mansur Yavaş had not established any contact with Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu.

Özçelik used the following expressions:

“I spoke with sources close to Mansur Yavaş. They insistently state that he has had no contact with Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu in any way, that he is in communication with Özgür Özel, and that all moves made were with Özel's knowledge.”

“NOT GOING TO HEADQUARTERS WAS A JOINT DECISION”

Stating that Yavaş was criticized for not going to the CHP Headquarters, Özçelik said that this situation was also a joint decision made with Özgür Özel.

Özçelik made the following assessment in his statement:

“There were criticisms such as why he didn't go to the headquarters, why he went to Parliament, why he didn't come to the headquarters when he returned, and why he wasn't part of the resistance. All of these were decided upon by Mansur Yavaş together with Özgür Özel, with Özel's knowledge.”
