First election brawl from Şanlıurfa: Lawyer who objected to a person attempting to cast a block vote was beaten

In the elections where local administrations for the next 5 years will be determined, more than 61 million voters across Turkey will cast their votes at approximately 208 thousand ballot boxes.

Citizens in metropolitan cities will cast 4 different votes: for metropolitan mayoral candidacy, district mayoral candidacy, district municipal council membership, and for neighborhood headman (muhtar) and council of elders.

In provinces that are not metropolitan, votes will be cast for provincial mayoral candidacy, provincial general assembly membership, district municipal council membership, and for neighborhood headman (muhtar) and council of elders.

FIRST ELECTION BRAWL CAME FROM ŞANLIURFA

The first allegation of irregularity on election morning came from Şanlıurfa.

According to the allegations, a person in the villages of Hilali and Özmüş in the Halfeti district wanted to cast a 'block vote'.
