Congratulations to Özgür Özel on his chairmanship: Messages from political parties follow one another

Following his re-election as chairman at the 21st Extraordinary Congress of the Republican People's Party (CHP), Özgür Özel has received a series of congratulatory messages from political party leaders.

Özel's re-election to the party's highest office for a second term was met with a positive response from the opposition front.

İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu stated in his message, “I congratulate Mr. Özgür Özel on his re-election as Chairman at the CHP's 21st Extraordinary Congress and wish that it may be beneficial for his party and our country.”

Saadet Party Chairman Mahmut Arıkan wished Özel success in his message and expressed his hope that the results of the congress would be beneficial.

Arıkan said, “I congratulate Mr. Özgür Özel on his re-election as Chairman at the CHP's 21st Extraordinary Congress and wish that the results of the congress will be beneficial for the CHP and our country.”

Future Party (Gelecek Partisi) Chairman Ahmet Davutoğlu also congratulated Özel with a similar message:

“I congratulate Mr. Özgür Özel on his re-election as Chairman at the Republican People's Party 21st Extraordinary Congress.”

DEVA Party Chairman Ali Babacan stated in a post on social media, “I congratulate Mr. Özgür Özel on his re-election as Chairman at the Republican People's Party's 21st extraordinary congress.”
