TERROR CHARGES WILL BE DROPPED

Under the new legal regulation, when a member of a terrorist organization lays down their arms, provided this is verified, ongoing trials, investigations, or prosecutions against this individual will be terminated. The charge of membership in a terrorist organization will be dropped, and the individual will not be sentenced for this. However, even if these individuals have laid down their arms, they may still be sentenced for other crimes they committed due to their membership in the terrorist organization (such as murder).
