Erdoğan rolls up his sleeves for a new constitution: He gave a date!

Journalist Nevşin Mengü made notable evaluations based on the figures who attended the October 29 Republic Day reception.

The event, which was also attended by the Future Party, DEVA Party, Fatih Erbakan, HÜDA PAR, DSP, and Sinan Oğan, was the subject of a broad analysis by Mengü.

She specifically stated that the attendance of Sinan Oğan, who stood out as the presidential candidate of the nationalist bloc in the 2023 elections, was not a coincidence.

Recalling the support Oğan gave to President Erdoğan after the election, Mengü said, "Sinan Oğan's return to the stage could be a harbinger of him taking on a more active role in the political arena."

NEW CONSTITUTION PROCESS BEGINS

Stating that President Erdoğan is preparing for the process of drafting a new constitution, Mengü used the expressions, "Erdoğan has rolled up his sleeves for a new constitution. This process will move quickly, and we will see a new constitution being drafted very rapidly after the new year."
