Funeral arrangements for Ferdi Zeyrek announced
Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ferdi Zeyrek has lost his battle for life in intensive care following a tragic accident on June 5. Zeyrek will be laid to rest with a ceremony to be held on Tuesday, June 10.
The funeral program for Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ferdi Zeyrek has been announced.
A ceremony for Zeyrek will be held on Tuesday, June 10, at 11.00 in front of the Manisa Metropolitan Municipality building. His body will then be taken from Hatuniye Mosque after the noon prayer, and he will be laid to rest.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Ferdi Zeyrek was seriously injured after being electrocuted at his home on the night of June 5, and was then taken to Celal Bayar University Hafsa Sultan Hospital.
Zeyrek, who was resuscitated after an intervention lasting approximately 50 minutes, was placed under treatment in the intensive care unit. However, despite all interventions, he died at around 17.00 on Monday, June 9, on his third day in intensive care.
