Proposed solutions long awaited by the Alevi-Bektashi community are being brought together. Various regulations for the Alevi community were proposed in the "National Unity and Solidarity Study" report prepared by Dr. Ali Arif Özzeybek, a member of the Presidential Social and Youth Policies Board and founding president of the Alevi-Bektashi Culture and Cemevi Presidency, and journalist Mehmet Çek.

Education: Curriculum adjustments respectful of Alevi beliefs.

Status of Places of Worship: Recognition of Cemevis as places of worship.

Institutional Structure: Establishment of an autonomous "Alevi-Bektashi Faith Presidency" affiliated with the Presidency.

Legislative Equalization: Inclusion of Cemevis in regulations such as the Law on the Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet).

Anti-Discrimination Law: Deterrent sanctions against hate crimes.

ALEVI OPENING EXPECTED ON OCTOBER 29

It is expected that MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli will emphasize social peace and unity in his speech to be delivered on October 29 at the opening of the complex in Hacı Bektaş. The complex was designed as a "meeting place" reflecting the philosophy of tolerance of Hacı Bektaş Veli. According to the report by Sözcü, MHP sources state that the complex will be a symbol of national unity.

The complex, built in the Hacıbektaş district of Nevşehir, consists of sections such as a conference hall, cultural center, library, and guesthouse.
