Poll set to shift the balance: Undecided voters leave their mark

SONAR Research has announced the results of its latest nationwide poll in Turkey.
According to the data shared on the program hosted by Barış Terkoğlu and Özlem Gürses on SÖZCÜ TV, the gap between the CHP and the AK Party was observed to be at the 3 percent level. The results of the survey also include data on the parties' vote shares and the demand for early elections.
After the distribution of undecided voters, the parties' vote shares were as follows:
CHP: 33.4%
AKP: 30.2%
DEM Party: 9.0%
MHP: 6.7%
İYİ Party: 6.1%
Zafer Party: 4.1%
Anahtar Party: 3.7%
Yeniden Refah Party: 3.0%
Büyük Birlik Party: 1.7%
Other: 2.1%
In the first stage of the survey, the results obtained before the distribution of undecided voters were as follows:
CHP: 21.2%
AKP: 19.1%
DEM Party: 5.7%
MHP: 4.2%
İYİ Party: 3.9%
Zafer Party: 2.6%
Anahtar Party: 2.3%
Yeniden Refah Party: 1.9%
Büyük Birlik Party: 1.1%
Other: 1.3%
While 18.2% of participants stated they were undecided, 10.2% said they would not go to the polls, 4.1% said they would cast an invalid vote, and 4.2% did not state an opinion.
DEMAND FOR EARLY ELECTIONS IS RISING
In the study conducted by SONAR Research, data regarding the demand for early elections also drew attention. The responses to the question posed to participants, “Do you think an early general election should be held?” were as follows:
Yes, an early election should be held: 61.1%
No, an early election should not be held: 30.2%
No opinion / No answer: 8.7%
