Harsh criticism from Erdoğan to Netanyahu! 'Like Hitler, Pol Pot...'
President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, in his speech at Haliç University, criticized Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu by comparing him to Hitler and Pol Pot. Erdoğan called on international powers to establish a ceasefire to end the violence in the region and emphasized that they stand with the oppressed.
Speaking at a program held at the Haliç University Congress Hall, President and AKP Chairman Erdoğan said regarding the conflicts between Iran and Israel, "Netanyahu and his government have written their names alongside tyrants like Hitler and Pol Pot due to the atrocities they have been committing recklessly for months without recognizing any rules."
Erdoğan stated, "Powers with influence over Israel should not fall for Netanyahu's game and should use their influence in favor of establishing a ceasefire and calm in our region."

"The genocide in Gaza and the conflicts in Iran are heading toward an irreversible point. It is essential that fingers be taken off triggers and buttons before more civilian casualties occur and a terrible catastrophe is experienced.
Despite the intimidation policies of the Zionist lobby against our person and our government, we have not compromised our stance. We have never given up on standing with the oppressed. Today, we stand firmly in the same place.
