İmamoğlu's April 23 call to the people of Ankara: 'I will walk with you!'

İmamoğlu's April 23 call to the people of Ankara: 'I will walk with you!'

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel will participate in the march program organized by his party's Ankara Provincial Presidency for April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day, which will proceed from in front of the First Parliament to Anıtkabir tomorrow at 17:00.

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu issued a call to the people of Ankara for the march. The call, shared via İmamoğlu's social media accounts, stated the following:

"Greetings to the Seymens, greetings to our capital, greetings to the city where the Republic was founded, to the lands of our founding parliament.

Ankara will give strength to justice and democracy for a new foundation. People of Ankara, on April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day, we will walk from the 1st Parliament to Anıtkabir at 17:00 together with our Chairman Özgür Özel.

I will watch this march for national sovereignty from prison, I will still be right by your side, I will walk with you. The Nation is Great."
