Now here, Articles 138 and 153 of the Constitution say that Constitutional Court decisions are applied together with the publication of their justification. It is binding in terms of legislative, executive, and judicial authorities. It says, 'This does not bind me.' First of all, let's state the most important inconsistency.

This constitution, this 13th High Criminal Court, the same president, the Constitutional Court made a decision in 2022. It said to someone who was punished for committing a crime in favor of an organization without being a member of an armed terrorist organization, that is, someone whom the 13th said committed a crime for a terrorist organization, 'You did not try fairly, retry,' and it complied with the decision, tried, and acquitted. And it wrote in its justification: 'According to Constitution 138 and 153, the Constitutional Court is binding in terms of judicial authorities.'

From here, I would like to express the greatest danger to Mr. Erdoğan, to Mr. Minister of Justice, on this issue where they remain somewhat silent. Those who tear up the page of the Constitutional Court today will come tomorrow and tear up the page of the executive. Tomorrow they will tear up the powers of the ministers. Tomorrow they will tear up the powers of the Presidency. They will come and tear up the pages regarding the formation of the legislative assembly.

Constitutions protect everyone, they protect governments the most. Because governments rule with the authority they receive from the constitution. You made the same mistake in the past. You turned a blind eye to those who do not recognize the constitution, those who set up conspiracies, and those who attacked the honest commanders, intellectuals, writers, cartoonists, and deputies of this country with all kinds of slander and insults. You made them violate the constitution. On the evening of July 15, they almost tried to violate you. They trampled the children of this nation with tanks. We were saying 'constitution' that day too. We stood tall against those who rebelled against the constitution on July 15 as well.

Today, while you are making some people violate the constitution to whom you gave face, I want to remind you of the same history again. I would also like to call out to all our citizens. We have paid many prices, we are paying, it is understood that we will pay for a while longer. But we will never give up on believing in the nation, trusting the nation. Everyone should read the situation we are in correctly. In Turkey, a very dangerous path is being opened by the judiciary for the sake of the ambition for power. In essence, those who open this path, because the process they are in is now close to taking them away from power, they are leaving a very bad legacy, very bad examples for the future while doing this so as not to lose power.

Today, the target of this order is the CHP. Tomorrow it will be someone else. Those who attack the CHP today will attack someone else tomorrow. Aren't they attacking? Just to intimidate business people, because the TÜİAD President made a criticism at the podium, they take the TÜİAD President away. Just because artists stand in opposition, they take them away in the middle of the night, treat them all like drug addicts, serve their images, take blood, take urine, take hair samples, and they do this at 6:00 in the morning. 90% of those they take are left with the fact that they have been subjected to character assassination, that they have been separated from their 3-month-old baby they are breastfeeding, and what has happened to them out of grief and sorrow.
