Israeli attacks in Gaza on their 60th day: 16,248 dead

The administration in Gaza announced that on the 60th day of the attacks launched by Israel on October 7, the death toll has reached a total of 16,248, including 7,112 children and 4,885 women, while the number of missing persons has reached 7,600.

As a result of the attacks carried out by Israel from the air, land, and sea, 121 government buildings and 100 mosques in the Gaza Strip have been completely destroyed, while 192 mosques have suffered partial damage. Three churches have sustained significant damage, 69 schools have been completely destroyed, and 275 schools have experienced partial destruction.

In the Israeli attacks, 61 percent of civilian homes have been destroyed, with 52,000 housing units leveled, and 1 million 500 thousand people have been forced to leave their homes.

Israel's attacks have been described as a "slaughter" targeting the 2 million 400 thousand people living in the Gaza Strip.
