İYİ Party group meeting... 'They want to burn Turkey in a federation hell'

Political party group meetings continue where they left off. İYİ Party leader Müsavat Dervişoğlu spoke at the group meeting.

"A game is played every year under the name of the minimum wage commission. The minimum wage, which is supposed to be an exception, has become the standard. There is no non-governmental organization left that can raise its voice. A Turkey that does not speak but remains silent has been created this way.

If Kenan Evren were to rise from his grave now, he would be proud of this greatest work he raised: Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. He established a dictatorship regime exactly as he desired. Moreover, he achieved this not with epaulets, but with a tie.

Hundreds of women have been killed since they withdrew from the Istanbul Convention in a single night. In 2024 alone, there were 394 recorded femicides. In the first month of 2025, 33 femicides were committed. Murders are not the only indicator of women being erased from life. They are being torn from life while they are still living. Unemployment and mobbing have become tools to kill them while they are alive. When we look at the world in general, the employment rate for women is at the 45 percent level. In Turkey, it still has not been able to exceed 34 percent. As of the end of 2024, more than half of the 2.2 million unemployed registered with İş-Kur are women. While the government gives the order to women to “give birth,” it does not cross its mind to say “live.” While 2025 is declared the so-called year of the family, they do not care about the state of women, who are the other half of the family. Women earn less than half of the salary men receive. This picture shows many things. As we move away from the idea of the Republic, women are also being distanced from life. Child marriages are still a social tragedy. Girls are being pulled out of formal education through various mechanisms.

IF EVREN ROSE FROM HIS GRAVE, HE WOULD BE PROUD OF ERDOĞAN

Peace, brotherhood, is that so? The coup plotters and junta members of September 12, whose traces we still carry in our bodies, also said these things. They said, “We made this coup for order and stability,” and “to end the fratricide.” While they were grinding up the people they collected from the streets in truckloads in the torture factories they established everywhere, they said, “This constitution will eliminate anarchy and terror!” If Kenan Evren were to rise from his grave now, he would be proud of this greatest work he raised: Recep Tayyip Erdoğan!
