Former Chairman of the Republican People's Party (CHP) Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu made a post on his social media account regarding Syria in both Turkish and Arabic. Kılıçdaroğlu stated, "In the reconstruction of Syria, we must take into account all ethnic and religious structures in the country, engage with them, and support a new administration where everyone feels safe."

In the reconstruction of Syria, we must take into account all ethnic and religious structures in the country, engage with them, and support a new administration where everyone feels safe.

In this context,

1. Syria's territorial integrity must be protected, and all countries, especially Israel, must comply with the requirements of international law.

2. The Syrian Republic must be restructured as a democratic, secular, and social state governed by the rule of law.

3. All identities and beliefs must be under the guarantee of the new Syrian Republic State, and equality for citizens must be implemented in every area of life.

4. The state must treat all identities and beliefs equally and must never allow a discriminatory approach in practice.

5. The cultural richness created by pluralistic structures must be protected, and this richness must be respected.

6. In this context, Turkey must fulfill its responsibility and contribute to the construction of a secular and democratic Syria for the future of our country and the regional geography.
