Kılıçdaroğlu's first goal in the CHP has become clear

Political tension continues to rise in the Republican People's Party (CHP) following the "absolute nullity" ruling. The developments in the party leadership, following the invalidation of the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress, have brought new debates to the forefront.

It has been stated that the current CHP leadership, which views the ruling as a "political coup," has decided not to take a step back under the leadership of Chairman Özgür Özel and to increase social opposition.

It was noted that the message of "resistance" came to the fore in the evaluations made at the CHP Headquarters and that the party leadership is inclined to maintain its current stance.

EYES TURNED TO KILIÇDAROĞLU'S ROADMAP

Following the ruling, attention has once again turned to the Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu camp. According to a report by BBC Türkçe, it was suggested that Kılıçdaroğlu would first seek common ground with the current leadership during this process.

In the report, it was claimed that Kılıçdaroğlu, who is stated to have accepted the duty, does not plan to take the party to an extraordinary congress in the short term.

It was alleged that Kılıçdaroğlu aims to continue his chairmanship duties in the current process and that it is planned to proceed according to the ordinary congress calendar.

CLAIM THAT "THE ORDINARY CONGRESS CALENDAR WILL BE IMPLEMENTED"

In the report, which also included evaluations from sources close to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, it was emphasized that the ruling has legal consequences.

Sources stated that the previous Party Assembly members have been reinstated, but that those who do not wish to serve may resign from their positions.

In the same evaluation, the statement, "The party leadership will continue on its path. Mr. Kemal will carry out the ordinary congress calendar, starting from the neighborhood delegates," was included.

It was also among the claims that an approach regarding the dismissal of provincial and district organizations is not being discussed.

CLAIM OF "DISCIPLINARY PROCESS FOR INDIVIDUALS UNDER INVESTIGATION"

Another striking topic in the report concerned disciplinary processes within the party.

It was conveyed that sources close to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu evaluated that the suspension of membership and disciplinary processes could be brought to the agenda regarding party executives, mayors, and deputies who are under investigation.

In this context, it was stated that it would not be a surprise if the party memberships of some individuals were suspended.

İMAMOĞLU CLAIM BECOMES A TOPIC OF DISCUSSION

One of the most striking topics among the aforementioned claims was the evaluation put forward regarding the imprisoned presidential candidate Ekrem İmamoğlu.

In the report, it was stated that the suspension of Ekrem İmamoğlu's party membership was also being discussed within this framework.

It remains a matter of curiosity how the developments in the CHP following the "absolute nullity" ruling will affect the political balances within the party in the coming days.
