Bahçeli makes striking comments on Kılıçdaroğlu's 'dagger' remarks!

Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Chairman Devlet Bahçeli made statements regarding the agenda at his party's weekly group meeting in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM).

Highlights from Bahçeli's statements are as follows:

Politics cannot be the work of those who calculate how to get hot bread from a cold oven, those who dream of hunting flies, or those who are incapable of sipping a drop of truth after drinking lies to their fill.

"TURKISH POLITICS NEEDS REFORM"

Turkish politics needs a moral reform, a new development initiative, and a recovery. The MHP and the People's Alliance are capable of achieving this. We do not engage in day-to-day politics, we do not recognize guided politics. We do not care for politics that consists only of empty noise. We do not lend an ear to everything said. We do not pay attention to those who speak hollowly, those who speak emptily, or those who speak too much.

Today, our primary duty is to grasp the developments taking place in the world and to offer fair and sensible proposals for the common future of humanity. A more peaceful, secure, and developed Turkey is our priority.

"WE WANT TO WIN HEARTS"

It is clear, documented, and known who those who shuttle between captivity and freedom resemble. But it is also an obvious fact which magnificent roots we resemble. We have given our hearts to our country; we want to win hearts. The People's Alliance is working for an honorable future with a brilliant past. No attack will be able to cool our love for serving our nation. Unlike some, we have not turned our love for our ideals and our country into a bargaining chip, nor have we diminished.

Those who build on ice and move inside are fools who will sink at the first sun. The will of those whose faith is fake is remote-controlled. Those who do not see the full jug in their own house and try to drink water from someone else's palm will never be satisfied.

'DAGGER' RESPONSE TO KILIÇDAROĞLU

Kılıçdaroğlu's remark, "I had to enter the election with daggers in my back," is a belated confession and a futile complaint. Kılıçdaroğlu should have known that the hands holding the daggers were not angels of mercy when they came near him. The congress in the CHP is not our concern. It falls to us to wish them well.

The issue that saddens us is that instead of wishing mercy for the martyrs at the grand congress of the party founded by Atatürk, greetings were sent to spies, terrorists, collaborators, and hired journalists. A greeting comes before a pen; a greeting comes before words. A greeting is the greeting of God, but whoever greets a terrorist has placed the saddle of treason on their back. Know that no good will come, can come, or will be able to come to the nation from these types. We are in pursuit of building the goals of the Century of Turkey. My advice is that no one should make a calculation error.

Whoever greets a terrorist has placed the saddle of treason on their back. The national struggle has been denied, and the legacies of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk have been wasted. I say to the CHP management: Selahattin Demirtaş is a terrorist, HEDEP is separatist. They are the seeds of discord and weeds in politics. Osman Kavala is a Soros supporter, he is guilty, and he will serve his sentence.

ISRAEL-HAMAS CONFLICT

For a lasting peace, even tomorrow is too late. Our prayers and support are for our Palestinian brothers. Turkey's stance against Israeli terrorism is firm. In this period when genocide is being committed in Palestine, we must stand by the oppressed against the oppressors. We cannot remain silent to the slaughter of children. We cannot remain silent to the heartbreaking state of babies. The mentality of "the snake that doesn't bite me should live for a thousand years" is a flawed mentality. We are obliged to see that that snake will bite us too.

When we review the crises in neighboring geographies and the hardening social and political relations, our responsibility to protect our national existence at the cost of our lives will be better understood. The era has changed; much water has flowed under the bridge. The era is now the Turkish era.

"THE COMING CENTURY WILL BE THE SECOND TURKISH CENTURY"

The heart of the world beats in the Turkish belt. Peace is the herald of the Turkish belt. The summit of Turkic states was held in Kazakhstan on November 3. The summit gave a message to the world. The spirit of unity of the Turkic world has been realized in every field. The coming century will be the second Turkish century.

On the other hand, at the group meeting, Bahçeli said, "Let them send greetings to terrorists, we will send them to Turkic states," and sent greetings to the heads of state in the Organization of Turkic States.

ATATÜRK MESSAGE AT THE MEETING

He is the common national value of the Turkish nation. Turkish generations will always remember him with respect. I commemorate Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk with respect and mercy. The Turkish nation will not bow to any power.
