Mansur Yavaş discloses his assets

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş announced his assets in a post on his social media account.

Yavaş announced his 2024 assets by referencing his and his wife's assets from 2019.

The report for 2024 lists Yavaş's assets as follows:

"A 600 m2 plot in Beypazarı Ayvaşık neighborhood; a 5373 m2 share within a 7305 m2 plot in Beypazarı Başağaç neighborhood (the municipal share was purchased in June 2022 for 4,500,018 TL). Securities and gold worth approximately 9,000,000 TL, including the proceeds from the sale of 8 out of 10 residences and 1 vineyard obtained in Beypazarı in 2018 pursuant to the land share exchange agreement with journal number 29559 of the Ankara 63rd Notary Public, as well as 765,000 TL obtained from the sale of an apartment belonging to his mother-in-law Nevin Kıvanç in June 2022; 11 full and 1 half-share commercial properties obtained from the land given under the land share exchange agreement reported in the 2019 asset declaration in Beypazarı; a half-share residence in Çankaya Alacaatlı neighborhood (purchased in April 2020 for 2,077,849 TL). 2 apartments obtained from the land given under the land share exchange agreement reported in the 2019 asset declaration in Beypazarı; approximately 100,000 TL in monthly rental income; 120,000 TL cash in the bank"
