Mass resignation from IYI Party in Karaburun, İzmir: 45 people join CHP
In the Karaburun district of İzmir, 45 people, including IYI Party Founding District Chair Şerif Arslankan and former District Chair Gökhan Selçuk Yılmaz, joined the Republican People's Party (CHP) during a ceremony.
CHP Deputy Chair Murat Bakan stated in his speech, "Together, we will successfully crown the Turkey Alliance."

Bakan pinned the party badge on IYI Party Karaburun Founding District Chair Arslankan.
The badges of those who resigned from the IYI Party and joined the CHP were pinned by CHP İzmir Provincial Chair Şenol Aslanoğlu, CHP Karaburun District Chair Erdal Subaşı, and Karaburun Mayor and CHP candidate İlkay Girgin Erdoğan.

Erdoğan welcomed the residents of Karaburun who joined the CHP on behalf of the Karaburun and İzmir alliance.
In a post on her social media account, Erdoğan stated the following:

This alliance has brought together IYI Party Founding Chair Mr. Şerif Arslankan, former District Chair Mr. Gökhan Selçuk Yılmaz, Peninsula Coordinator Mr. Hamdi Yıldız, and many of our friends on the strong foundation of the 'Six Arrows' of our Republican People's Party, the legacy of our Atatürk.

The contemporary and bright future of this country will emerge from the ballot box with the power of the Karaburun Alliance.
