MHP hits the field
The Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) has announced that it will organize meetings themed "Centennial Unity, Eternal Brotherhood."
The MHP has announced that it will hold events across all 81 provinces of Turkey under the title "National Unity and Solidarity Meetings for a Terror-Free Turkey." These meetings will be organized in 9 different regions.
In a statement released by the party, it was stated, "As the Nationalist Movement Party, we aim for lasting peace, tranquility, and prosperity through social consensus and national unity. Undoubtedly, the goal of a 'Terror-Free Turkey' will be realized through the ownership of this process by all members of society and through state-nation solidarity. A terror-free Turkey will be a more democratic and prosperous Turkey where human rights and freedoms are strengthened."
The purpose of these meetings was stated as informing citizens with accurate information, correcting misinformation spread on social media, and conveying party policies to wider audiences.
Furthermore, the aim is to evaluate domestic and foreign developments, build bridges of trust at the local level, and establish a strong social consensus.
The meetings will be attended by MHP executive board members, Central Executive Committee (MYK) and Central Disciplinary Committee (MDK) members, members of parliament, and provincial and district organizations. Additionally, chambers of commerce and industry, chambers of agriculture, chambers of tradesmen and artisans, professional associations, unions, non-governmental organizations, associations of martyrs and veterans, local administrators, and village heads (muhtars) will also be invited. These meetings, which are open to the participation of all citizens, aim to reinforce the spirit of national unity and brotherhood.
