MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli proposes 'TRC' alliance

MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli released a written statement. In his statement, Bahçeli characterized Israel's attacks on Gaza as "genocide" and called for the international community to intervene in the situation.

The statement included a call to the Islamic world, particularly Gulf countries, to "unconditionally support" the Palestinian cause and to open a front with "concrete, results-oriented, and persuasive policies."

Bahçeli included the following remarks in his statement:

"Those who engage in bargaining for wealth and fame over the blood of Gazan babies, and those who choose to remain silent out of concern for their own interests in the face of injustice and cruelty, are shameless individuals who have fallen into the same line as the oppressors."

REACTION TO SILOAM INSCRIPTION CLAIM

Bahçeli also reacted to Israel's demand regarding the Siloam Inscription, which is preserved in Turkey. Arguing that claiming "Jerusalem is ours" based on an archaeological stone tablet kept in Istanbul is historical ignorance and stupidity, Bahçeli made a comprehensive assessment regarding the historical and religious significance of Jerusalem.

"Jerusalem is the Haram al-Sharif. Jerusalem is the honor of our Ascension. Jerusalem is the badge of honor of our first Qibla. Jerusalem is Islam, pride, reputation, will, and chastity. Jerusalem is homeland, Jerusalem is conscience, Jerusalem is our ancestors, Jerusalem is the honor of us all. The hitmen of Zionism who reach out to this honor and their collaborators are doomed to lose both in the eyes of humanity and before God."

"TRC" ALLIANCE PROPOSAL: TURKEY, RUSSIA, CHINA

Bahçeli made a proposal regarding Turkey's strategic position against the US-Israel axis of cooperation. In the statement, he indicated that the most suitable option against the US-Israel coalition, which challenges the world, is the construction and revival of a "TRC" alliance, stating, "It is our desire and proposal that the TRC alliance consist of Turkey, Russia, and China."

INTERNATIONAL CALL AND REFERENCE TO THE UN

Bahçeli pointed out that the discussions to be held at the United Nations General Assembly are an important opportunity and called on the international community to take more effective and deterrent steps against Israel. Furthermore, he assessed that Israel's actions in the region pose a threat to both regional countries and civilians at a global level.

In the remainder of the statement, Bahçeli emphasized Turkey's strategic situation and national determination, stressing that "the Turkish nation rejects helplessness in the new century" and highlighting the importance of national unity and the goal of a Turkey free from terrorism.
