Minister Tunç: 'They will never reach their goals'

Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç, in his statement regarding the martyrdom of 6 of our soldiers in northern Iraq, said, “Terrorist organizations and their pawns that want to establish a terror state in the south of Turkey will never reach their goals. Our state and our security forces will continue to fight with determination against the networks of evil and terrorist organizations that want to disrupt the peace of our country, threaten the security of our state, and disrupt the peace, unity, and solidarity of our nation.”

Attending a program in Antalya, Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç made a statement at the beginning of his speech regarding the martyrdom of 6 of our soldiers in northern Iraq. Reading the names of the martyrs one by one, Minister Tunç said the following:

“Our hearts were once again scorched by the news we received yesterday. We have soldiers who were martyred in an attack carried out by members of the separatist terrorist organization in northern Iraq. I wish God's mercy upon our heroes; may their place be heaven. I offer my condolences to their families and our nation. 6 of our soldiers are also wounded, and their treatments are ongoing. I wish them a speedy recovery as well, and I hope they regain their health as soon as possible.”

"OUR SECURITY FORCES WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT WITH DETERMINATION"

Stating that “Our fight against terrorist organizations will continue with great determination, without compromise, until terrorism is eradicated,” Minister Tunç said:

“Terrorist organizations and their pawns that want to establish a terror state in the south of Turkey will never reach their goals. Our state and our security forces will continue to fight with determination against the networks of evil and terrorist organizations that want to disrupt the peace of our country, threaten the security of our state, and disrupt the peace, unity, and solidarity of our nation.”
