New crisis in the shadow of transfer rumors: CHP municipality removes Mansur Yavaş's banners

The removal of banners hung by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality in front of the Family Life Center in Haymana by the Haymana Municipality's Municipal Police teams has brought allegations of tension between the two municipalities back to the agenda.

A banner crisis has erupted between the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB) and the Haymana Municipality. The ABB had hung banners detailing services provided in the district in front of the Family Life Center in Haymana.

Following these developments, it was noted that Haymana Mayor Levent Koç shared posts on his social media account regarding services and projects carried out by the Haymana Municipality. According to claims by IHA, these posts were interpreted as a response to the message sent by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.

CHP-RUN HAYMANA MUNICIPALITY REMOVES ABB BANNERS

During the night, teams from the Haymana Municipality's Municipal Police Department removed the banners hung by the ABB.

According to the information obtained, action was taken under Article 42 of the Misdemeanors Law No. 5326 on the grounds that the banners were hung without obtaining the necessary permits. The teams dismantled and removed the banners from where they were located.

RUMORS OF SWITCHING TO AKP ON THE AGENDA

The occurrence of the banner crisis has drawn attention while rumors circulate that Haymana Mayor Levent Koç will switch from the CHP to the AKP. Koç recently visited the Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Murat Kurum.
