New decision from the 'Absolute Nullity' administration: Ankara Provincial Presidency dissolved

The Central Executive Board (MYK) meeting held under the leadership of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu witnessed comprehensive changes in party organizations. Making statements after the meeting, CHP's Müslim Sarı announced that current and former provincial chairs who participated in the ongoing "absolute nullity lawsuit" process have been referred to the High Disciplinary Board (YDK).

The provincial chairs of Erzurum, Bursa, and Bitlis have left their posts. Additionally, a disciplinary investigation has been launched against Istanbul Provincial Chair Özgür Çelik, and he has been referred to the YDK. In another change within the party organization, Asu Kaya, who was serving as the CHP Women's Branch Chair, has also been removed from her position.

Furthermore, the structure of the Ankara Provincial Presidency has been completely dissolved, and it has been decided to establish a new administrative structure.

STATEMENTS FROM THE PARTY SPOKESPERSON

Following the CHP Central Executive Board (MYK) meeting, Party Spokesperson Müslim Sarı made statements. Details from Sarı's remarks are as follows:

"We had stated that we would take action regarding friends who would damage the party's corporate identity. In this context, we have taken some decisions regarding our organizations at today's meeting, and we would like to announce them. 3 incumbent provincial chairs in the CHP have been referred to disciplinary action. We have referred Gaziantep Provincial Chair Vakkas Açar, Adana Provincial Chair Anıl Tanburoğlu, and Malatya Provincial Chair Barış Yıldız to disciplinary action with precautionary measures and have also dissolved the organizations in the relevant provinces. The Erzurum, Bitlis, and Bursa provincial presidencies have been dissolved. Erzurum Provincial Chair Serhat Caneş, Bursa Provincial Chair Nihat Yeşiltaş, and Bitlis Provincial Chair Metin Güzelkaya have been referred to disciplinary action with precautionary measures."
