The Constitutional Court (AYM) ruled a “violation of rights” regarding Workers' Party of Turkey (TİP) Hatay MP Can Atalay, yet he has still not been released. Lawyers have started a justice watch at the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan. The 13th High Criminal Court will hold a hearing today. Following this hearing, the AYM decision will be discussed.

Despite the “violation of rights” ruling regarding Atalay, he has been imprisoned for six days. 

ONE ON LEAVE, ONE ON SICK LEAVE

Halk TV reporter Fırat Fıstık shared the latest status regarding the process on his social media account. 

In his post, Fıstık said, "It has emerged that one of the two members of the 13th High Criminal Court is on leave, and the other is on sick leave. One of these members is former AKP parliamentary candidate Murat Bircan. The presiding judge said that it would be deliberated today with a temporary member."
