New move in CHP: Names removed from offices
As discussions regarding the group management continue within the CHP, it has been learned that the names of Ali Mahir Başarır and Gökhan Günaydın have been removed from their group deputy chair offices in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM). It was stated that the action was carried out over the weekend following a letter sent by the CHP administration to the Speaker of the Parliament.
A new development has been added to the events unfolding in the CHP following the decision of absolute nullity. The names of CHP Group Deputy Chairs Ali Mahir Başarır and Gökhan Günaydın have been removed from the group deputy chair offices they use in the TBMM.
According to the information obtained, the removal of the nameplates was carried out over the weekend.
The process began after the CHP Headquarters administration referred 9 deputies to the High Disciplinary Board with a request for their permanent expulsion. It was learned that the party administration sent an official letter to the TBMM Speaker's Office in this context.
It was stated that, in accordance with the letter submitted to the TBMM, the names of Ali Mahir Başarır and Gökhan Günaydın were removed from the group deputy chair offices.
