New proposal from CHP for driver's license amnesty
CHP Istanbul Deputy Cemal Enginyurt has submitted a legislative proposal for a driver's license amnesty to give drivers a second chance.
CHP Istanbul Deputy Cemal Enginyurt announced the driver's license amnesty legislative proposal he submitted to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey via the social media platform X.
Enginyurt included the following statements in his post:
"We have submitted our legislative proposal for a driver's license amnesty to the Parliament. A second chance should be given to our reformed drivers who have not caused death or injury under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and who have not obtained their licenses with forged documents."
