Numan Kurtulmuş's new constitution tour continues
Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş will meet with representatives of political parties that do not have a parliamentary group this week as part of the new constitution discussions.
Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş, who began his visits within the framework of the new constitution efforts with political parties that have groups in Parliament, has met with officials from the AKP, CHP, MHP, IYI Party, DEM Party, and Saadet Party.
In the new week, Kurtulmuş will meet with officials from parties that are represented in Parliament but do not have a group. In this context, Kurtulmuş will receive the chairmen and party officials of parties without parliamentary groups in his office on Tuesday, June 4, and Wednesday, June 5, and will listen to the political parties' views on the new constitution.
Following his meetings with the political parties that have groups in Parliament, Numan Kurtulmuş had stated that they expect the parties to mature their proposals during the summer period and that discussions regarding the content could begin after October, when the new legislative term begins.
