Number of signatures collected for Ekrem İmamoğlu announced!
CHP leader Özgür Özel announced the number of signatures collected for Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, who is currently imprisoned in Silivri Prison, during his party's rally in Pendik.
The sixth in the Republican People's Party's "Defending the National Will" rally series was held in Pendik.
During the rally, the results of the signature campaign conducted for CHP's presidential candidate and imprisoned Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, who is being held in Silivri Prison, were shared.
CHP Chairman Özgür Özel stated in his speech at the rally that the number of signatures collected for İmamoğlu has exceeded 15 million and is moving toward 20 million.
Addressing the participants, Özel said, "Is this square ready to take on the task of reaching the first goal of 20 million and moving toward 28 million, with this energy reflected in the signatures that have surpassed 15 million and are marching toward 20 million?"
