Over 100 members to resign from Memleket Party

In the press invitation issued, it was announced that over 100 Memleket Party members would submit their resignations, and it was also shared that the resigning members would openly support CHP candidates. 

Here is the press invitation issued by the names who will resign from the Memleket Party:

Dear members of the press,

As Memleket Party officials and members, we do not adopt the decision to field candidates in our three major cities, where our party cannot have a claim in the local elections.

In an environment where the Republic and its achievements are deeply besieged by the Palace regime; joining forces with those who stand for democracy, secularism, the rule of law, and a modern life is a matter of conscience for us.  

Three Central Executive Board (MYK) members, one Party Assembly (PM) member, the General Secretariat Communications Consultant, two Istanbul Provincial Vice Chairs, four provincial executives, four district chairs, and over a hundred Memleket Party members who do not accept this decision are coming together to announce their resignations and declare their open support for CHP candidates, and specifically for Mr. Ekrem İmamoğlu in Istanbul.
