Özgür Özel's question about İmamoğlu in Trabzon: 'Do you love him?'

Republican People's Party Chairman Özgür Özel spoke at his party's rally in Trabzon.

Arguing that they are ahead in the polls for Trabzon, Özel said, "We will write a new story in Trabzon."

Asking the citizens attending the rally, "Do you love İmamoğlu?", Özgür Özel spoke as follows:

"If our brother Ahmet becomes mayor, we will write a magnificent story in Trabzon with a sister-city protocol. When Ekrem İmamoğlu was in the metropolitan municipality in Istanbul, there were 4 AKP deputies in Trabzon, 4 ministers, and the metropolitan municipality was also held by the AKP. The 10 AKP members did not build a single light rail system in Trabzon, while one person from Trabzon built 10 metro lines in Istanbul."

"We are the alliance of hope and love. We are bringing people together in spite of those who marginalize. We set out together, and in this election, we are forming the alliance they describe in the squares and in the conscience of the people."

Stating, "The name of our alliance here is the 'Trabzon alliance', and in Turkey, its name is the 'Turkey alliance'," Özgür Özel ended his speech as usual with the slogans 'Red-white' and 'The greatest Turkey'.
