Özgür Özel's PM and YDK list has been announced

The Republican People's Party (CHP) held its 22nd Extraordinary Congress at the Nazım Hikmet Cultural Center in Ankara under the slogan "No to the coup, no to the trustee."

The congress was defined by an emphasis on "legal and political security." In this context, a 'vote of no confidence' was held against the current administration to enable elections for the Chairmanship, the Party Assembly (PM), and the High Disciplinary Board (YDK).

APPROVAL OF THE BLOCK LIST PROPOSAL

The motion to conduct the PM and YDK elections using a "block list" system was accepted by a majority vote of the delegates.

ÖZGÜR ÖZEL RE-ELECTED AS CHAIRMAN

CHP Manisa Deputy Özgür Özel, the sole candidate for the chairmanship, was re-elected as CHP Chairman after receiving all 835 valid votes out of the 917 cast in the election.

PARTY ASSEMBLY BLOCK LIST SUBMITTED

The block list prepared by Chairman Özgür Özel for the Party Assembly was submitted to the Congress Presidential Board.

Sercan Çığgın replaced Ahmet Hakan Uyanık on the Party Assembly list. On the High Disciplinary Board list, Edirne Provincial Chairman Harika Taybıllı was added to replace Ali Balta, who was elected as the Çankaya District Chairman.
