Ruşen Gültekin writes: "Everything serves the continuation of Erdoğan's rule"

In recent days, the government's policies and criticisms regarding the contradictory nature of these policies have been on the agenda on social media platforms. Lawyer Mehmet Ruşen Gültekin addressed this situation, stating that the strategies the government has implemented in the past and today actually serve the same purpose: ensuring that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan remains in power.

In a statement he made on social media, Gültekin expressed that although the policies the government implemented yesterday and today may seem opposite to each other, in both cases, they serve the goal of maintaining Erdoğan's rule. Stating that time will tell whether these strategies will work, Gültekin emphasized that while everyone would be pleased if terrorism were to end, the provision of justice is equally important.

Drawing attention to the issue of ensuring justice, Gültekin stated that how appropriate it is to expect justice from the current government is a subject open to debate. In this context, many users on social media are also questioning the government's justice policies and continue to discuss to what extent these policies will be effective. 

The contradictory situation the government has reached from yesterday to today is being mocked on social media. Yet, there is no contradiction.
What was done yesterday so that Erdoğan would remain in power is being done in reverse today, again so that Erdoğan remains in power.
