The health condition of Sırrı Süreyya Önder, Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM), DEM Party Istanbul MP, and member of the Imralı Delegation, remains serious after he was hospitalized and underwent surgery on Tuesday night (April 15) following a heart condition.
Önder was moved to intensive care following a surgery that lasted approximately 12 hours. It has been learned that Önder's condition is stable as he continues his treatment in intensive care on the 12th day of his hospitalization.

Banners hung across from the hospital, expressing wishes for Önder's recovery, are drawing attention.

Democracy and Progress Party (DEVA) MP Evrim Rızvanoğlu and her accompanying delegation, former Republican People's Party (CHP) chairman and former Minister of Foreign Affairs Hikmet Çetin, and singer İbrahim Tatlıses visited the hospital yesterday.
The visits were received by a delegation including DEM Party MPs Pervin Buldan, Saruhan Oluç, Gülistan Kılıç Koçyiğit, Ömer Öcalan, Çiçek Otlu, Sümeyye Boz, and Adalet Kaya, as well as Party Assembly (PM) members.
