Statement from Kılıçdaroğlu's camp regarding Gürsel Tekin's appointment request

According to the report by Nefes, a source close to Kılıçdaroğlu stated that Tekin did not actually request an appointment from Kılıçdaroğlu. The source remarked, "Gürsel Tekin did not request an appointment from Mr. Kemal. If he had asked, he would have granted it." The source further emphasized that Kılıçdaroğlu stands by his previous statements and that the issues within the party must be discussed.
