Statement from Özgür Özel on Manisa: 'Its face will change'
CHP Chairman Özgür Özel met with Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ferdi Zeyrek, Provincial Chair İlksen Özalper, and district mayors. Özel stated, "In the Manisa Metropolitan Municipality, which we won for the first time, and in our 14 district municipalities, our mayors will win the hearts of our fellow citizens by practicing social municipalism and will change the face of Manisa."
CHP Chairman Özgür Özel met with Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ferdi Zeyrek, Provincial Chair İlksen Özalper, and district mayors at the CHP Headquarters.
In a post on his social media account, Özel used the following expressions:
"We met at our Headquarters with our Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ferdi Zeyrek, our Manisa Provincial Chair İlksen Özalper, and our colleagues who were elected as mayors with the votes of the people of Manisa on March 31. In the Manisa Metropolitan Municipality, which we won for the first time, and in our 14 district municipalities, our mayors will win the hearts of our fellow citizens by practicing social municipalism and will change the face of Manisa.
