Striking election claim regarding Yeniden Refah Party candidates

Former AKP deputy and author Resul Tosun has claimed that the Yeniden Refah Party will withdraw its candidates before the election.

Tosun stated that his claim is based on "information." Speaking on the program Taksim Meydanı hosted by Gürkan Hacır on TV 100, former AKP deputy and Star newspaper columnist Resul Tosun said, "Just as Mr. Muharrem (İnce) withdrew his candidacy, it would not be a surprise if Yeniden Refah Party candidates withdrew before the election in favor of Murat Kurum in Istanbul, Turgut Altınok in Ankara, or Hamza Dağ in İzmir."

"I AM SPEAKING BASED ON INFORMATION"

Upon Gürkan Hacır's question, "Is this a prediction or are you speaking based on information?", Resul Tosun replied, "Yes, I am speaking based on information, and I even know names." Following this, Gürkan Hacır remarked, "Then the fate of the election will change."

Yeniden Refah Party Chairman Fatih Erbakan, in an interview with journalist Murat Yetkin, responded to a question about the possibility of his party's candidates withdrawing by saying, "There is no question of us withdrawing. If we withdraw now, we would become the spare tire of the AK Party."
