AKP Istanbul MP Süleyman Soylu, who had remained silent since handing over the Ministry of Interior to Ali Yerlikaya, has broken his silence.

While the operations against drug trafficking, gangs, and criminal organizations that began with Yerlikaya taking office have drawn attention, the public has begun to question the Soylu era.

Süleyman Soylu reacted to news reports and certain columns written about him. Sharing the columns of journalists Tolga Şardan, Saygı Öztürk, and Orhan Uğuroğlu, Soylu claimed that they were acting out of spite, hatred, and a desire for revenge against him.

Targeting journalists in a post on his X account, Soylu used the following expressions;
