Syria is on Müsavat Dervişoğlu's agenda: 'We are facing the most systematic destruction in Turkish history'

Party group meetings are continuing where they left off. İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu made statements at his party's group meeting.

The highlights from Dervişoğlu's statements are as follows: 

Bad things are happening on our southern border. The plan that Erdoğan boasted about as the co-chair of the Greater Middle East Project (BOP) is working like clockwork. The architects of these projects had said that borders would change. In Syria, the pieces have shifted within a week. The terrorist organization has launched a major invasion movement within a week. 

They think we don't know what the power behind them is. After Syria, it threatens Turkey the most. The Muslim Brotherhood-oriented policy that collapsed with this government in foreign policy has put us in bad situations.

 The Turkish state cannot move forward with this government that exploits the values of the nation. The will of this government has been mortgaged by intelligence and finance barons for 22 years. 

We are facing the most systematic destruction plan. There is only one person responsible for all of this. And that person responsible is Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. 

The summary of what we have experienced for 13 years is this: We are facing the most systematic destruction in Turkish history. In such a power vacuum, instead of protecting our borders, they became a party to ethnic conflict. They deliberately opened the border gates. Today, they have burdened us with millions of refugees that have become a gangrene.

We see that today, the same people are in the same place. The co-chairs are arm in arm. These are collaborators who have sworn to drown Turkey in the Syrian deserts and to poison and destroy the Turkish Nation with Syrian illegal migrants.

The devil invited into a divided, fragmented Syria, where a power vacuum has emerged, is the architects of the Treaty of Sèvres that we tore up and threw away 100 years ago.

There is only one way to prevent the danger in the northern region, where separatist terror is growing stronger by the day, and that is to eliminate the power vacuum in Syria and ensure Syria's territorial integrity.

I invite everyone to be on alert. We must ensure the safety of our Turkmen brothers and prevent the establishment of a terrorist state. 

DERVİŞOĞLU'S REMARKS ON CANDIDACY

Today, Turkey is dividing what is produced by 8 people among 10 people.

Along with 3 billion euros, they have exported a national security problem to Turkey. The world is talking about this, but the government is silent. Oh Erdoğan, are you not ashamed of making this nation the talk of others? You are having scenarios written to get yourself re-elected as if nothing has happened.

BAHÇELİ'S ÖCALAN REMARKS

Dervişoğlu reacted sharply to MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli's remarks regarding Abdullah Öcalan. Dervişoğlu said, 'The rope that the esteemed gentleman in Balgat has forgotten the meaning of was meant to hang the villain back then; today, they dare to attach that rope to an engagement ring.'

Dervişoğlu continued his speech as follows:

"We will never let this matter go. I say this in the lowest, most humble tone to express my great determination. Behind the invitation to Parliament lies the release of the terrorist leader. The true nature of the situation is slowly emerging.

We speak with the wisdom of the state. Our wisdom is not like theirs. The DEM Party's call for Öcalan to be released is a crime.

He lacks the courage; he still has those around him speak for him."

Touching upon inflation and the cost of living, Dervişoğlu said the following:

"Erdoğan is the cause, inflation is the result. Erdoğan is the cause, poverty is the result. Poverty is becoming the fate of 90 percent of the population."

THE ARREST OF THOSE PROTESTING ERDOĞAN

Reacting to the arrest of 9 people who protested Erdoğan over allegations of trade with Israel during a program he attended recently, Dervişoğlu said, "When it comes to Palestine and Gaza, you talk a big game, but when young people whose hearts are burning throw the truth in your face, your answer is prison; shame on you. Those children belong in our hearts, not in prisons. They must be released immediately. Stop persecuting children, Erdoğan" he said.
