CHP's Suiçmez takes a jab at the AKP: "I condemn those who launch election campaigns over our martyrs"

Following a joint declaration signed by the group deputy chairs of the AKP, MHP, IYI Party, and Saadet Party, which have groups in the Parliament, the CHP, which did not sign the declaration and instead issued a separate one, was targeted by the government.

Statements from various political figures condemning the CHP in harsh terms and criticizing its decision to prepare a separate declaration followed one after another.

Especially after AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan accused the CHP of acting in concert with a terrorist organization, striking statements also came from the CHP front.

Speaking on the agenda from the parliamentary podium, CHP Trabzon deputy Sibel Suiçmez commemorated the martyrs with mercy and then stated, "I condemn those who launch election campaigns over our martyrs."

Suiçmez shared the following on her social media account:

'I commemorate our martyrs who were killed by the PKK terrorist organization with mercy, and I extend my condolences to their grieving families and our nation.

Before our pain has even subsided, I condemn those who engage in politics over our martyrs and those who launch election campaigns over our martyrs.

We are grateful that we do not come from a tradition that says, "Military service is not a place to lie around," that calls a martyr a "head," and that handed over the cosmic rooms to the FETÖ terrorist organization, causing the deaths of hundreds of our security personnel."

SPOKE ABOUT THE ECONOMIC CRISIS

Suiçmez also drew attention to the current state of the country's economy and directed important questions to the deputies of the People's Alliance.

"Do you have any news? Iron door, blind window... I want to recite the lines about spring coming to my homeland in a different way. Members of the People's Alliance, esteemed deputies, 'do you have any news? Hunger and poverty have come to our homeland, do you have any news about this?'

Mr. Erdoğan says 'we will go to space,' thanks to him, our citizens can no longer go to the grocery store.

Retirees, young people, widows, orphans, those who cannot work, and those who cannot be appointed are crushed. They are psychologically devastated.

If you don't believe me, look at the increasing drug use and the number of suicides; I think this tells you something.

We have been discussing the budget here for days; when we listen to the members of the People's Alliance, like Nasreddin Hodja, I kept asking, 'If this is the cat, where is the liver? If this is the liver, where is the cat?'

Dear deputies, do you really not go to the market or the bazaar? If you don't go, don't you have a relative in your circle who goes to the market or bazaar and has to educate their child?

Of course, while all countries are fighting against COVID with science and reason, Mr. Erdoğan created a wonderful environment in Turkey with his unique attitude and his theory that 'interest is the cause, inflation is the result'!
