Kılıçdaroğlu shares video following 'forcible summons' order: 'I would be a coward if I took a step back'

The Istanbul 48th Criminal Court of First Instance has issued a "forcible summons" order for Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, the 7th Chairman of the CHP.

Publishing a video message regarding the incident titled "Bring it on!", Kılıçdaroğlu stated the following:

"My friends, look at the times we have come to. Erdoğan has come out and is complaining about me, saying 'we want to soften, but Kılıçdaroğlu won't let us,' and as if that weren't enough, he is trying to intimidate me with the palace judiciary.

As long as I continue to be Erdoğan's nightmare, and as the economic crisis deepens, my clear and unequivocal call to those who increase their hostility toward Kılıçdaroğlu and try to push CHP members out of politics with all sorts of dirty tricks is this:

We will not surrender a single CHP member to the Palace Judiciary; we will not let them sacrifice me or any of our other companions! Stop giving orders to the judiciary; if your problem is with me, I will continue to stand tall.

I swear to hold you accountable for the tenders you handed over to the 'gang of five,' for the corruption, and for every penny you stole from the citizens' pockets. If I take a step back from fighting for this people, I would be a coward. Bring it on..."
