Yavuz Ağıralioğlu responds to claims he will 'join the AKP' and comparisons to 'a second Sinan Oğan'

Anahtar Party leader Yavuz Ağıralioğlu made statements regarding the current agenda on Sözcü TV's YouTube channel.

Ağıralioğlu clarified many issues, primarily the rumors that he would join the AKP.

Regarding the accusation by former İYİ Party Kocaeli Deputy Lütfü Türkkan that Ağıralioğlu was "trying to get tenders from municipalities," Ağıralioğlu used very clear language against these accusations. He completely rejected the claims with the words: "Someone who has been subjected to slander should not be so eager to slander others; as for business with municipalities, Mansur Bey is a friend of 30 years, I have no such work, not a single penny of such contact or connection, and I have no need for it. We stood shoulder to shoulder, it is a shame."

Reacting to comments and claims that he would join the AKP, Ağıralioğlu said, "I am the man who made people gamble on their own choices by saying Yavuz will go to the AK Party. Everyone who said this to me went to the AK Party themselves."

At the same time, addressing the "second Sinan Oğan" comparisons directed at him, Ağıralioğlu responded: "Sinan Oğan makes a choice, and you ask Yavuz Ağıralioğlu to account for it. What a wonderful world! I see it as trying to get rid of a guilt complex and trying to get away by easily pinning it on someone else."

Evaluating the current political agenda, Yavuz Ağıralioğlu also criticized the government's competence in solving problems. Arguing that the current management approach paves the way for new problems to emerge rather than solutions, he said: "The AK Party also has people who can solve the country's issues, why don't they solve them? Because the mechanism is set up not to solve problems, but to produce them..."
