The hearing for Zafer Party Chairman Ümit Özdağ at the Ankara 26th High Criminal Court has been postponed to July 8 due to his transfer to the hospital.
Zafer Party Chairman Prof. Ümit Özdağ was unable to attend the hearing scheduled for today at the Ankara 26th High Criminal Court regarding charges against him due to his health condition. During the hearing, the HDP's request to join the case was accepted.
According to information provided by journalist Müyesser Yıldız, it was noted that Özdağ had previously been detained for insulting the President and arrested on charges of inciting the public to hatred and enmity. Today's hearing was set to evaluate charges of insulting the HDP and disclosing the identities of MIT personnel in Libya.

However, the Presiding Judge announced that the hearing was postponed to July 8 because Özdağ had been transferred to the hospital and a SEGBIS connection could not be established.
