Contracted personnel announcement from the Ministry of Family and Social Services

The Ministry of Family and Social Services will place a total of 8,000 contracted personnel for its Central and Provincial Organizations, based on the KPSS (B) group score ranking, in accordance with the "Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel" and within the scope of Article 4/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657.

GENERAL CONDITIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• Meeting the Conditions: It is required to meet the conditions specified in subparagraph (A) of the first paragraph of Article 48 of Law No. 657.
• Graduation Status: It is required to have graduated from the department requested for the position applied for. Furthermore, applications from candidates who have graduated at an education level higher than that required for the contracted personnel position applied for, and who hold a KPSS score at that higher education level, will not be accepted.
• Retirement Status: It is required not to be entitled to receive a retirement, old-age, or disability pension from any social security institution.
• Contract Termination and Employment Period: According to Law No. 657, contracted personnel whose contracts are terminated by institutions due to actions contrary to the service contract, or who terminate the contract unilaterally within the contract period (except for specified exceptions), cannot be employed in the contracted personnel positions of institutions until one year has passed from the date of termination.
