Decision on changes to discount rates applied to pharmaceutical warehouses published in the Official Gazette

With the amending communiqué published by the SGK, many articles in the communiqué were changed, along with the discount rates applied to pharmaceutical warehouses.

The discount rates applied to pharmaceutical warehouses in the communiqué were announced as follows:

1- For drugs with a sales price to the warehouse of 31.61 Turkish Lira and below, the public institution discount—provided that private discounts are reserved—is not applied.

2- For drugs with a sales price to the warehouse above 31.61 Turkish Lira, a public institution discount of 10 percent or 11 percent base discount is applied.

Regarding price-protected products:

A 0 percent discount is applied to drugs with a sales price to the warehouse between 31.62 Turkish Lira and 60.51 Turkish Lira.

A 10 percent base discount is applied to drugs with a sales price to the warehouse between 60.52 Turkish Lira and 91.16 Turkish Lira.

A 28 percent discount is applied to drugs with a sales price to the warehouse of 91.17 Turkish Lira and above, which have a reference or do not have a reference and receive a price according to the cost card.

A 40 percent discount is applied to drugs with a sales price to the warehouse of 91.17 Turkish Lira and above, which have a reference or do not have a reference.
